Steph,Alex,Beth and India!! We are the BEST team!!!!

This is a picture of Dunyasha,Imogen,Annie and ALEX dancing. Over summer school we made friends with Dunyasha, imogen and Annie,without summer school we wouldnt have met them!!!!

This is a picture of the whole of summer school doing the wake-up shake up!!! we do this every morning to get us going! ths best bit is doing shake yout tail feather!

Face Painting was one of our favorite days! Everyone got a chance to have their faces painted and everyone looked ace! India painted a butterfly on Alexs face and Alex painted a love heart and swirls on indias!

OnThursday we did physical theatre,in this we went into groups and then had to make shapes like elephants and washing machines, everyone came up with really good ideas and it was really fun! we also did Taekwondo, this was fun because we got to do kicking and punching on the mats!

One of the really fun things we got to do at summer school was cooking! We made things like quiches and pizzas, this meant we could get really messy with the flour and learnt some new skills!.This is a picture of Beth making the bae for her pizza!

One of the best things about summer school was that there were activities that suited everyone! Alexs favorite activity was face painting! beths was going on the climbing wall, Stephs favorite was gymnastics and Indias favorite was dancing and theatre.

On Tuesday everyone packed there bags to head off 2 the outdoor activity centre,it was a long and tiring day but everyone enjoyed themselves! the activities were kayaking,cannooing,climbing adn biking!. here is a opicture of people gettin soaking wet in the boats!

Alex said; "Its been really fun and its helped us get to know new people before we start school next year."

Beth said:"Its been fun and its given us something to do in the holidays, also ive learnt new things,like how to make a quiche!"

India said: " Its been really great getting to know all the kids, also Ive had fun and its been good to feel like a kid again doing face painting and music! Hopefully it will have helped them all feel more comfortable coming to school in september and making new friends. When i did summer school 7years ago I know it helped me as i hope its helped them"
